Any building located within proximity to the sea receives harsher weathering effects than buildings that are not. The façade on this hotel in Brighton required restoration as part of an occurring redevelopment project.

We first had to remove the organic matter from the building’s façade to ensure that we were starting with a clean base. We then applied two coats of a breathable render coating system to restore and protect the building façade. The results left the building with a bright, uplifted, uniform façade with a finish that will now protect the building from harsh weathering for more years to come.
