Each elevation required its own plan for restoration, including methods such as steam cleaning, and access solutions, including rope access and MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms), to ensure works were carried out correctly and to bring out the best possible finish. We restored the façade, ensuring the client decreased spend on façade maintenance, that the building envelope would continue to last for many years, and the finished works would reflect positively on their brand.
